Should you choose to return your order, it will be assumed you have read and understand the return policies stated here.
Order cancellations must be requested by written form {letter or e-mail}.
No cancellations accepted after shipment.
All sales are non-refundable. Only exchanges or merchandise credit will be allowed. Shipping and handling fees are final.
RA (Return Authorization) for any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon receival of merchandise. All items being returned for merchandise credit must be in its original condition with original packaging.
There is a 10% re-stocking fee for any items returned without its original packaging. All damages sent after 5 days upon receipt will be charged a 10% fee. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all items returned without a RA (Return Authorization), refused and unaccepted packages, or past the 5 day grace period.
We will not accept any items being returned after 15 days from the date received. All sales items are final. Thank you for choosing to shop with us.
